Channa Masala

Simple but delish. Chickpeas in a spicy, tomato-ey masala. 
I know its devilishly spicy when seeing these little white saffron spice shaped looking things in the sauce... That was a killer. This was mumbai street food, so a samosa was hard to resist. It was filled with a potato cumin seed and pea mash. Oh soooo damn good. 
But beware. Only eat them freshly fried!

Best channa masala ever: across Ajmer train station in a baggy to go. 
Second best: cooking class in Mcleod ganj.
