I can't for the life of me remember what this is called, but it was beyond a montreal bagel times 10.
A big version of a hole-less bagel. Getting pressed made the bread extra thin and crisp, but still a bit of chewy tlc.
We went all dressed with everything from veggies, to egg, to incredible cheese, and more.
