So why does garlic sometimes turn green or blue?

Apparently, garlic turns green when it is not ripe or dried properly, and is exposed to sunlight, heat, or acidic foods.


Who wudda known!
How to pick the right garlic? 
Get it from the right store, make sure its huge, plump, and no mold underneath. 


Benefits?
Natural antibiotic, lowers cholesterol. 
Eat it raw raw raw!
