I ate it all. . .

Massive, can't stop eating, meat packed all dressed, thick chewy bread Laffa.

I got grilled eggplant, tahini sauce, MANGO sauce (as recommended :p), shawarma, and pickled veg to accompany this monster.
And my stomach took it all...
I was no longer considered lady like for the rest of the evening...

The Magician take out place in Tel Aviv.
Best part is that you get a free falafel ball while waiting patiently in the typical line up!

THE. breakfast food to get!
My favourite part is that it comes served IN the pan.
Doesn't get any better then that.

I wonder how many pans they have?

Sides that come with, including a MASSIVE challah bread to dip inside everything.

So simple, yet so good.
Yolks stay creamy and raw, which is perfect for dippage.

crispy, sesame, massive, choose your filling goodness

I can't for the life of me remember what this is called, but it was beyond a montreal bagel times 10.
A big version of a hole-less bagel. Getting pressed made the bread extra thin and crisp, but still a bit of chewy tlc.
We went all dressed with everything from veggies, to egg, to incredible cheese, and more.

Purim at the mall... good times

I love this holiday just because these special little jems come out called Hamantaschen cookies. Usually triangle shape with prune filling.
I have no picture, but go to any kosher bakery around this time (march-april), and they will be available in mountains.

12$ for a Mcfalafel??

Mcdees is for rich backpackers only!

I only ever got soft serve for 3 Shekels = 90 cents

Thank God His Son is from Nazareth. Otherwise I'd never have ventured to this heavenly place!

After being in Tiberias for some time by the Galilee, 2 people from my hostel were so kind drive me all the way to see the place where Jesus grew up, Nazareth.
I started with the recreated 'Jesus village', where they actually have people dressed up like back in the day. I did the tour with this cute little Amish family that came along at the same time.

Then, my stomach cried out... and I found, according to the locals, the best spot in town. I was assured by several people before going in, and the family that sat next to made a point to say, this is the best!

I wanted a falafel.

and a falafel I got.

all dressed.

oh so pretty

A must go if your ever in town!

These konafe and baklava delights, were presented in window displays, in MOUNTAINS, all over town.. no matter how full I was, I had to try some... and it was nutty, crispy, honey caramelized, syrupy goodness... I could have had 5 more...
